Is this a genuine offer?
Absolutely! This is because we make money from the monthly hosting so we're happy to offer you a generous setup : )
Are there are any hidden costs?
No: as long as you do not require any extra work from us. The setup covers enough time to get your professional website and email up and running, including up to four hours of tailored amendments to your design (such as work on adding your logo, images, etc.)
What if I can't find a layout which is right for me?
Remember that you can choose whatever colours and images you like, not merely the ones we have displayed. So the layouts you see are much more flexible than they appear at first glance: they can actually be used to communicate whatever you like.
For example, if you are an estate agent then you might replace the image of a smiling lady with one of a perfect house. The key point is that we have created flexible layouts that look good in all kinds of cases and for different industries.
What do I get with my hosting?
You get your domain (web address), professional email acounts and a system that allows you to edit your website text and add up to a total of 100 pages! As part of the setup, we can also get you onto an advanced stats facility so that you can track your visitors' activities as well as where they are coming from.
Is my website Google friendly?
Absolutely! We use the cutting edge format of tableless XHTML / CSS to ensure that search engines love your code. Our system also alerts Google every time you add a new page.
Can I host with someone else?
No! Obviously, the main way in which we make money is from hosting, which is the only reason we can afford to be so generous. So if you do use one of our layouts then you are legally obliged to pay for that on a hosting package provided by us.
At £11.75 per month, we have ensured that this is highly affordable. Remember, it's not just hosting but a system that allow you to take control and edit your website too!
Do I own my website?
You own your web address, email accounts and website content. Obviously, we retain ownership of your chosen layout which you have a non-exclusive right to use as long as you continue to pay us your monthly hosting.
What if I want additional work done on my website?
The set up time is normally sufficient to set up a very nice website but if you do require extra work then our standard rate is 30 pounds per hour.
Can I choose a different design later on?
Unfortunately not for free. Setting up your website involves a lot of free work on our part so we'd be most grateful if you could choose your layout carefully. However, we're happy to make up to four hours of free, minor adjustments to your design as part your setup.
